What You (Don’t) Want

I believe that what we focus our thoughts and energy on, we attract and manifest in our lives.

We often find ourselves discussing and complaining about the things we dislike, and I wonder how much more of the same scenarios we bring into our lives because of it.

So tonight, go through your day, from start to finish, and pick out the parts you liked and enjoyed. Reflect on them, and feel gratitude for them occurring. Then, look to the event that may not have gone how you wished. Imagine them going the way you wanted. What would it look like? What would it feel like?


Focus your energy on what you want, not what you don’t want. See what you welcome into your life by doing so.
